The facility of updation of UIDAI by the customer himself has been integrated in CSMCL Portal. The system is logically secured to avoid trespassing yet be easy for the genuine customer.

The display of kalash booking in MBM Portal has been improvised to give a much clear information to users.

 The feature has been activated for Schools.

 The SEE Markslips of IX & XI have been modified to allow viewing the Grand Total for each student.

 

 

QuickNotes - A means of communication within Portal can be used for reporting error by the checker to the Subject Teacher. The communication system will be expanded in future.

 Now checker should check and Lock each Markslip. The entry cannot be edited further by the subject teacher once it has been locked. Alongwith this, we have added the concept of QuickNotes - A means of communication within Portal which can be used for reporting error by the checker to the Subject Teacher. The communication system will be expanded in future.

 The system now allows the class teacher to mark "No Attendance due to Online Classes". The display in the marksheet will also change to "Online Classes"

 Schools can now set Result Declaration Dates for Both Terms. The date will be displayed in the markSheet

 The subjects in class XI will now have marks distributed as 70/80 + 30/20 based on Practical / Project.

 Any user using the default password will now be forced to change the password on logging in.

The feature of Step-IN has been integrated. The feature allows the schools to enter any of its employee's panel without the need to have the password. The action is logged and the employee can always see the log of step-ins in his/her account.

 The feature of deactivation of student is added and the power has been given to the concerned class teacher. A deactivated student will not get listed in marks entry and marksheet generation. However, the data entered before deactivation will be safe and can be used in reporting the student's performance.

 Schools now get the option to update CBSE Affiliation Number which will be displayed in the Marksheets.

 The student info can now be modified by the concerned Class Teacher.

 Auto generation of markslip with detailed analysis is integrated in the system.

The entry of co-scholastics has been moved to Teacher's part. earlier it was in Class Teacher's part. Now teachers should be assigned CoScholastics same as Subjects are assigned by the school.

The ReportCard for Class XI has been uploaded. With this, we mark the completion of Core (Backbone) There are many features to be added. Many parts to be optimised. Everything to come will be around this backbone. Tomorrow we will be adding the facility of Co-Cholastic grade entry by respective teachers. We are thankful to all of you for your kind patience and support. A lot of improvement is promised in days to come.

 System for Entry of marks for Class XI has been integrated in the portal.

 Entry of Marks and generation of report card for class IX has been integrated in the portal

 The system has been improved to auto enrich the available streams. On finding any new stream, the system will add the same to the master and make it available for future usages.

 A link has been provided in School's dashboard through which the school can print report Card. The printing facility is also available with the class teacher.

 The header of report card has been modified to display school info as updated by the school under profile management

 The facility has been integrated. Schools are requested to update the information as the details will be displayed in the header of Report Cards

 

Since the core of the portal has achieved a usable stage in the development, we are upgrading the project to Alpha Version. This will help us proceed for performance optimisations while we still continue adding more features and services.

 The feature to UnAssign Subjects assigned to subject teachers and classes assigned to class teahcers has been integrated

 Attendance entry has been integrated. The class teacher can update total working days for each class and days present for each individual student.

 Now classteachers will be able to edit the coscholastic grades. Any student added after entry already completed will also be accomodated in this update system.

 School admin can now see the status of entries in real time.

 The feature of editing of marks for classes 3 to 8 has been activated. Any student added after entry of marks will also get accomodated in the editing.

 The system used to add spaces whenever HTML Tags were used for making a table. The system has been improvised to remove any such unwanted space.

 The public page for freegrid has been modified a bit. More improvements are on the way.

  Reportcard for classes I & II has been integrated in the system.

  Provision of skill based Grade entry system has been added.

  The marks entry dashboard of subjects teachers has been modified to show status of entry in colours.

The system has been modified to allow 16 Digit UBI IDs with the 16th character being any alphanumeric character. earlier only 15 digit numeric ID was allowed. This change was made as some KVs have a few students with 16 Digit UBI IDs.

  Bulk Upload of Employee Data using Excel File has been integrated.
